NJB has a no return policy on our merchandise. However, NJB will provide a store credit for the amount of the item for a future purchase or an exchange provided that the item is in good and sellable condition with the original receipt dated within thirty (30) days. Below are the details on our exchange and store credit procedures.

Exchanges

An exchange will only be granted if the returned item is in good and sellable condition or that the item was defected. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges for the return item. An exchange will only be processed once NJB has received the item. An appropriate adjustment in payment will be made once the item is deemed returnable and the exchange process is completed. Store Credit

A store credit will only be granted if the return item is in good and sellable condition. Once the item is deemed returnable, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the return item. Please return the item to the above address. If you wish to apply the store credit for an online purchase, then a promo code will be provided and can be used during checkout. Please provide a name and an email address to receive the store credit promo code.
